1.Overview
This Program is the only Bitcoin (cbBTC) reward Community Platform offers. It has two separate parts, and they work differently: the Transaction Rebate, which is a rebate on transactions you actually make on the Platform, and the Creator Fund, a discretionary marketing budget paid only to creators. Everything below that says "transaction rebate" describes the first part only.
How it works: subscribe to Kindra memberships or book 1-on-1 expert sessions, and you accrue a reward on those transactions. Each party accrues on its own qualifying transactions: a member accrues 0.25% of the value of each qualifying transaction that member makes, and the receiving creator or expert independently accrues 0.25% of the value of each qualifying transaction they receive. Transaction rebates are individual accruals per transaction, not a pooled amount shared among users, credited in cbBTC and paid to a connected wallet in weekly batches once the balance reaches $1. The Creator Fund in Section 3 is different in exactly this respect: it is paid from a limited monthly pool, and if a month's total qualifying likes would exceed that pool, the per-like amount is reduced for everyone. Members may connect an existing wallet or create a self-custody wallet on the platform. This Program is a discretionary loyalty benefit administered by Community Platform: it is not interest, a dividend, a deposit, an investment return, or a debt owed by Community Platform.
Nothing accrues under this Program for holding an asset. Community Platform does not offer, operate, administer, fund, or calculate any reward, distribution, yield, or return based on holding $COMMUNITY or any other token, and no such distribution is available through this Program.
Stated plainly, because a narrower sentence would otherwise read as concealment: the deployed $COMMUNITY contract does implement a holder distribution of its own. It routes a share of each trade's transfer fee, in cbBTC, to wallets holding at least 25,000 $COMMUNITY, in proportion to their holdings. It runs automatically on-chain, the fee parameters are at their maximum with no setter and are effectively immutable, and Community Platform can neither operate it nor switch it off. It is not this Program, it is not a Community Platform obligation, and nothing you do under this Program earns it. Community Platform's founder does personally receive a separate portion of that same transfer fee, 1.6875% of each buy and each sell, which gives him a direct financial interest in $COMMUNITY trading volume. The company itself receives none of it, and that does not lessen the conflict. It is set out in full in the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure. No transaction rebate depends on the conduct, effort, or success of Community Platform, of any other user, or of any third party. It depends only on the transaction you yourself completed. The Creator Fund is the one part of this Program that is measured by other users' activity, namely likes on a creator's own posts. It remains a discretionary marketing budget: it is never available for holding any asset, it is not a share of Platform revenue, it is not tied to the value or performance of $COMMUNITY or of Community Platform, and the Platform may reduce the pool to zero prospectively at any time. Community Platform makes no representation about the $COMMUNITY token's value, price, or any on-chain mechanic of its contract, none of which is part of this Program or offered by Community Platform.
Rewards are not guaranteed and are not investment products.

The left column is not a Community Platform product and carries no promise from Community Platform. The right column is the only reward program Community Platform operates, and it has two parts that work differently. The transaction rebate in Section 3 and the Creator Fund, which is paid only to creators. See the Risk Disclosure for the full description of both columns, including Community Platform’s economic interest in $COMMUNITY trading volume.
2.Eligibility
Participation is voluntary and requires opt-in. The Program is off by default; no rewards accrue for any account until that account enables Bitcoin rewards in Settings. To accrue rewards you must (a) have opted in, (b) hold a Community Platform account in good standing, and (c) have a wallet address connected to that account at the time rewards are paid out. You may opt out at any time in Settings; opting out stops future accrual and does not forfeit amounts already accrued. Qualifying activity includes: for members, completing a paid subscription to a creator or a paid booking with an expert; for creators and experts, receiving payment for a subscription or booking through the Platform. Rewards accrue only on completed, non-disputed transactions.
3.Accrual & Rates
Rewards accrue in U.S. dollar terms at the time of the qualifying transaction, at rates published by the Platform. The current rate is 0.25% of the transaction's value for the paying member, and, independently, 0.25% of the transaction's value for the receiving creator or expert. Each computed on that party's own transaction. Transaction rebate rates are not pooled, split, or divided among other users; the Creator Fund below is, and says so. Accrued amounts are converted to cbBTC at the prevailing BTC/USD market rate at the time of payout, not at the time of accrual. Rates may be changed prospectively at any time; changes do not affect amounts already accrued.
Creator Fund (creators). When the Platform designates a monthly Creator Fund pool from its own funds, creators additionally accrue $0.001 for each qualifying like received on a post. One-tenth of one cent per like, so 1,000 qualifying likes accrue $1.00. A like qualifies when it is made by a signed-in user other than the creator, is counted once per user per post, and remains in place for 7 days. The Platform may disregard likes that show signs of automation or coordinated activity, and in any event no more than 20 likes per liker per day are payable. Settlement is monthly: if a month's qualifying likes would exceed the designated pool, the per-like amount is reduced pro rata for that month so the total credited never exceeds the pool. Creator Fund credits join your rewards balance and follow the same opt-in requirement, payout schedule, and minimum payout threshold as other rewards. The pool amount is discretionary, is not a committed or recurring amount, and may be changed or set to zero prospectively at any time; changes do not affect amounts already credited.
4.Payouts
Accrued rewards are paid in batches, currently weekly, to the wallet address connected to your account, once your accrued balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (currently $1.00 in U.S. dollar terms). Balances below the threshold continue to accrue until the threshold is met. If no wallet is connected to your account at the time of a payout run, your accrued balance is held until a wallet is connected. On-chain payout transactions are irreversible once confirmed; you are responsible for the accuracy and security of your connected wallet address.
5.Wallet Address Accuracy
Rewards are paid in cbBTC on the Base network and require an ERC-20 compatible (EVM) address that you control. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate, valid, and accessible payout address, and for verifying it before and after any change. Do not provide an address at a third-party exchange or custodian unless that provider expressly supports cbBTC on Base; assets sent to a provider that does not support them are typically unrecoverable. The Platform performs only automated format and checksum validation, which cannot detect an address that is well-formed but is not the address you intended; validation is not a verification of ownership, accessibility, or correctness. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, reversed, recalled, or recovered by the Platform or by any other party. Transmission of a payout to the address associated with your account at the time of the payout run fully discharges the Platform's obligation with respect to that payout, whether or not you receive or can access the assets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any loss arising from an incorrect, outdated, incompatible, unsupported, compromised, or inaccessible payout address, from the loss or theft of your private keys or recovery phrase, or from the failure, insolvency, or policies of any wallet provider, exchange, or custodian you designate. The Platform does not hold, custody, or have the ability to restore your private keys.
6.Reversals & Abuse
Rewards accrued in connection with a transaction that is subsequently refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed under the Buyer Protection Policy, or determined by the Platform to be fraudulent or self-dealing may be reversed or deducted from future accruals. Creating transactions primarily to generate rewards, including booking or subscribing to your own profiles or coordinated circular transactions, is prohibited and may result in reward forfeiture and account suspension.
7.No Guarantee; Program Changes
The Program, including its existence, reward rates, payout thresholds, payout schedule, and eligibility rules, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at Community Platform's discretion. The value of cbBTC is volatile and may decline, including to zero, between accrual and payout and after payout. Nothing in this Program constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice.
8.Taxes
Rewards may constitute taxable income or a taxable rebate depending on your circumstances and jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from rewards you receive. Community Platform may be required to collect taxpayer information from, and issue tax documentation to, creators and experts whose combined platform payments and rewards exceed applicable reporting thresholds.
