Important: $COMMUNITY is intended for consumptive use within the Platform. Its regulatory characterization has not been determined and no securities exemption is currently claimed. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the Platform is investment advice.

1.General Risk Statement

Using Community Platform involves risks inherent to blockchain-based services, digital assets, and early-stage technology platforms. This Risk Disclosure describes the material risks associated with the $COMMUNITY token, Bitcoin (cbBTC) rewards, expert consultations, Kindra memberships, and use of the Platform generally. You should not use the Platform, hold $COMMUNITY tokens, or rely on Bitcoin rewards unless you understand and accept these risks. Nothing in this document, or anywhere on the Platform, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2.Price Volatility

The value of $COMMUNITY tokens and any Bitcoin (cbBTC) rewards received through the Platform can fluctuate significantly and unpredictably, including to zero. Token price is determined by market activity on Uniswap V2 and is influenced by factors outside Community Platform's control, including overall cryptocurrency market conditions, liquidity depth, and trading volume. Past price performance is not indicative of future results. You should be prepared to lose the full value of any tokens or rewards you hold.

3.No Guaranteed Returns

There are TWO separate cbBTC distributions in this ecosystem. They are described separately here because they have different sources, different triggers, and different operators, and earlier versions of this document described them as one thing.

1. THE PLATFORM REWARDS PROGRAM. Opt-in, off-chain, and administered by Community Platform. It has two parts, and they work differently. The transaction rebate: cbBTC accrues on qualifying transactions you make or receive, subscriptions and bookings. The Creator Fund: creators accrue $0.001 for each qualifying like received on a post, drawn from a limited monthly pool the company designates from its own funds. That pool is a discretionary marketing budget, not a share of Platform revenue, and the company may reduce it to zero prospectively at any time; if a month's qualifying likes would exceed it, the per-like amount is reduced for everyone. Neither part accrues for holding any asset. Accrued rewards are a discretionary platform benefit, not interest, a dividend, a debt, or a deposit. Rates, minimum payout thresholds, and payout timing may change at any time at Community Platform's discretion, and rewards accrued on a transaction later disputed, reversed, or found fraudulent may be reversed. Historical distributions do not project future ones. See the Rewards Program policy for current terms.

2. THE $COMMUNITY CONTRACT'S HOLDER DISTRIBUTION. On-chain, automatic, and NOT operated by Community Platform. The deployed contract routes a share of the transfer fee on each trade, in cbBTC, to wallets holding at least 25,000 $COMMUNITY, in proportion to their holdings. This distribution IS calculated by reference to token balance. Community Platform does not administer, fund, calculate, or pay it, and cannot start, stop, or adjust it: the contract's fee parameters are at their maximum with no fee setter and are effectively immutable. It is not a Community Platform obligation and carries no promise from Community Platform of any kind. It is a function of trading volume in a token whose price and liquidity Community Platform does not control, so it may be negligible or effectively zero for long periods, and you should not acquire $COMMUNITY in expectation of it.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST, DISCLOSED. A separate portion of that same transfer fee is paid to people, and you should know which people. Community Platform's founder personally receives 1.6875% (168.75 basis points) of each buy and each sell. A further 0.5625% (56.25 basis points) per side is paid to the independent developer that built the contract, an unaffiliated third party. Community Platform, the company, receives no part of the transfer fee and holds no $COMMUNITY.

Do not read the company's absence as reassurance. The individual who founded, operates, and markets this Platform is paid on $COMMUNITY trading volume, whether the price rises or falls, whether or not any holder distribution occurs, and whether or not you profit. That the fee reaches him personally rather than through the company does not lessen the conflict; it concentrates it. Anyone weighing whether to acquire $COMMUNITY should weigh that too.

NO REGULATORY CONCLUSION IS ASSERTED. The regulatory characterization of $COMMUNITY and of the contract's holder distribution has not been determined, and Community Platform makes no representation that either is or is not a security under federal or state law.

4.Smart Contract Risk

The $COMMUNITY token and its associated fee, reward, and liquidity mechanisms are governed by smart contracts deployed on the Base blockchain. Smart contracts, despite testing and review, may contain undiscovered bugs, vulnerabilities, or logic errors that could be exploited, resulting in loss of funds. Deployed smart contract code is generally immutable. Errors or vulnerabilities discovered after deployment may not be correctable without deploying an entirely new contract, which could affect existing token holders. Community Platform makes no warranty that the smart contract is free of defects.

5.Self-Custody & Private Key Risk

If you choose to hold $COMMUNITY tokens, cbBTC, or other digital assets in a self-custody wallet, including a wallet generated through the Platform's wallet generation tool. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private key and recovery phrase. Community Platform never has access to, and cannot recover, a private key or recovery phrase you generate or import. If you lose access to your private key or recovery phrase, or if it is stolen or compromised, you may permanently and irrecoverably lose access to your funds. There is no customer support process that can restore access to a self-custody wallet.

6.Irreversibility of On-Chain Transactions

Transactions recorded on the Base blockchain, including token purchases, sales, transfers, and reward distributions, are generally irreversible once confirmed. Community Platform cannot reverse, cancel, or refund an on-chain transaction after it has been broadcast and confirmed, even in cases of user error, such as sending funds to an incorrect wallet address. The 72-hour claim window described in the Terms of Service applies only to platform-mediated payments for consultations and subscriptions. It does not apply to, and cannot reverse, direct on-chain token transactions.

7.Liquidity Risk

$COMMUNITY tokens trade on a Uniswap V2 liquidity pool, which may have limited depth relative to the size of a given trade. Large purchases or sales relative to available liquidity can cause significant price impact ("slippage"), meaning the effective price you pay or receive may differ materially from the quoted price. In periods of low liquidity, you may be unable to buy or sell tokens at any price, or only at a substantial loss.

8.Regulatory & Legal Risk

$COMMUNITY is intended for consumptive use within the Platform. Its regulatory characterization has not been determined, no exemption from federal or state securities registration is currently being claimed or relied upon, and no representation is made that $COMMUNITY is or is not a security. Regulatory frameworks governing digital assets are evolving and vary by jurisdiction. A change in law, regulatory interpretation, or enforcement posture, at the state, federal, or international level. Could affect the legal status of $COMMUNITY, restrict its availability, or require changes to the Platform. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

9.Tax Risk & Responsibility

Transactions involving $COMMUNITY tokens, cbBTC rewards, and payments for expert consultations or Kindra memberships may have tax consequences under the laws of your jurisdiction, including potential income, capital gains, or other tax obligations. Community Platform does not provide tax advice and does not report your transactions to any tax authority on your behalf beyond what is legally required. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform, and should consult a qualified tax professional.

10.Platform & Counterparty Risk

Community Platform is an early-stage service. Its continued operation depends on Community Platform and a number of third-party service providers, including but not limited to blockchain infrastructure, payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud hosting, and scheduling services. The failure, discontinuation, security breach, or insolvency of Community Platform or any of these third parties could disrupt or permanently end the Platform's operation, including access to historical data or your account.

Community Platform does not hold your money. Payments are processed and custodied by our payment processor, not by us. A member's card is authorized when a session or video is booked and is not charged until the work is delivered, at which point the charge and the transfer of the earner's share to the earner's own account with the payment processor occur as a single operation. There is no point at which the Platform receives, holds, or releases an earner's funds, and there is no escrow, trust account, or segregated account at any stage. The Platform is not a bank and is not FDIC-insured, and no money reachable through the Platform is protected by any government deposit insurance.

What that does not eliminate is counterparty risk on amounts the Platform still owes. An approved refund on a payment that has already settled, and any reward that has accrued to you but has not yet been sent, are unsecured obligations of Community Platform rather than funds set aside for you. In an insolvency they would rank alongside the claims of other unsecured creditors and might not be paid. Digital assets held in a Platform-associated treasury wallet to fund rewards are Platform assets, are not held for you, and carry the same exposure.

11.Expert & Creator Content Risk

Experts and creators on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Community Platform. While experts undergo identity verification, Community Platform does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the advice, information, or content that experts and creators provide, and is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made based on that advice or content. You should exercise independent judgment before acting on any information obtained through the Platform, particularly with respect to financial, legal, medical, or other professional guidance.

12.No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform, including this Risk Disclosure, marketing materials, expert content, or platform statistics. Constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold $COMMUNITY tokens or any other digital asset. Any decision to acquire, hold, or dispose of $COMMUNITY tokens should be made only after independent research and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified professional advisors.

13.Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, purchasing or holding $COMMUNITY tokens, or receiving Bitcoin rewards, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you accept the risks described here, and that you are participating at your own risk. If you do not accept these risks, you should not use the Platform.
