In short: Publish your own work, keep it lawful, and keep it free of sexual content. Do not claim a license you do not hold. We can remove a single post without closing an account, every removal is recorded with a reason, and you can ask us to look again.

1.Who This Applies To

This policy governs everything published through Community Platform: expert and creator profiles, membership posts, gated video and files, personalized videos, AI twin training material and its responses, session messages, and uploaded documents. It applies to experts and creators who publish, and to members who send messages, upload documents, or request a personalized video.

You are responsible for what you publish. Community Platform does not review content before it appears.

2.No Sexual or Adult Content

Sexually explicit material is not permitted anywhere on the Platform. This includes pornographic images or video, sexual services, nudity presented for sexual purposes, and sexually suggestive material offered as the product. It applies to profiles, membership content, personalized videos, AI twin material, and live sessions alike.

This is a firm rule and not a judgment about the work. Community Platform is built for paid expertise and membership content, our payment processor restricts adult content, and carrying it would place obligations on both us and every creator that this Platform is not built to meet.

Nudity in a clearly educational, medical, or artistic context may be permitted at our discretion. Ask before publishing rather than after.

3.Never Permitted

The following are prohibited without exception, and accounts publishing them are removed rather than warned:

Content sexualizing a minor, in any form, real or generated. We report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.

Content that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, or serious harm to a person or group; that attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation; that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; or that depicts real violence for shock.

Content that facilitates a crime: sale of controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, stolen credentials, counterfeit items, or illegal services. Instructions for making weapons or malware.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, and intimate imagery published to harass.

Impersonation of another person or organization, and synthetic likeness or voice of a real person used without their permission. This includes AI twin material trained on someone else's likeness or voice.

4.Regulated Advice

Experts on this Platform provide general information. You may not present yourself as licensed unless you are, and you may not offer a service that requires a license you do not hold. Legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, and immigration guidance carry real consequences for the person receiving them, and a member acting on advice from someone unqualified is the specific harm this rule exists to prevent.

Do not publish content that promises a diagnosis, a legal outcome, an investment return, or a guaranteed result of any kind. See Section 5 of the Session Policies for the professional-advice disclaimer that applies to every session.

5.Intellectual Property

Publish only what you made or have the right to publish. Do not upload music, video, images, text, or course material owned by someone else without a license, and do not resell content you obtained from another platform.

If you believe your work has been published here without permission, contact us with the work, the URL, and a statement of your rights, and we will act on it. You keep ownership of what you publish; see Section 9 of the Terms of Service.

6.Sensitive Personal Information

Do not publish or transmit health or mental-health information, financial account or card numbers, passwords or credentials, government identifiers, biometric data, or personal information about someone who has not consented. This restriction applies everywhere, including AI twin chats, live sessions, messages, uploaded documents, and form fields.

Community Platform is not a healthcare provider and does not accept protected health information. This mirrors Section 8 of the Terms of Service and Section 2A of the Privacy Policy; it appears here because it is a content rule as much as a conduct rule.

7.How We Enforce This

We can remove an individual post, file, or video without touching the rest of an account, and we can suspend an account entirely. Which one we do depends on what was published and whether it looks deliberate.

A removal is recorded with who removed it, when, and why. Removed content stops being served to members immediately and is retained only as long as we need it to answer a dispute or a legal request.

For anything in Section 3, the account is removed and the payout is held pending review. For a first issue elsewhere, we will normally tell you what was removed and why, and give you a chance to correct it.

Removing content does not by itself refund a member, and it does not by itself forfeit money already earned. Payment disputes are handled under the Buyer Protection Policy.

8.Reporting Something

If you find content on the Platform that breaks this policy, tell us. Include a link to the content and what is wrong with it. If the content involves a payment you made, file a claim under Buyer Protection instead, so the money and the content are handled together.

We aim to acknowledge a report within 2 business days, matching the Buyer Protection commitment. Reports about Section 3 content are handled ahead of everything else.

9.If We Get It Wrong

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal notice and say why. A person will look at it again. We would rather reverse a wrong removal than defend it.

We may update this policy prospectively. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and the version in force when you published governs what you published.
