1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Community Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Community Platform.
2.Platform Description
Community Platform is a marketplace on the Base blockchain combining expert consultation services with Kindra membership subscriptions. The Platform facilitates transactions between members, experts, and creators, and is fully usable without acquiring, holding, or transacting in $COMMUNITY: marketplace pricing, payment, and payouts are denominated and settled in U.S. dollars. The $COMMUNITY token (contract: 0x80394B07Eea4C1E7c9C0D65f9cbBE6e32832b80b) is an ERC-20 token deployed on the Base network. Its regulatory characterization has not been determined, and no representation is made that $COMMUNITY is or is not a security under federal or state law.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where access to blockchain-based services is prohibited.
4.Dispute Resolution & Buyer Protection
Community Platform provides a 72-hour dispute window for all expert consultations and Kindra membership charges.
Filing a Dispute: Members may file a dispute within 72 hours of a session completing or a charge processing by emailing support@joincommunityplatform.com with the session reference number and a description of the issue. Disputes filed outside the 72-hour window will not be reviewed.
How Payment Works: Your card is authorized when you book an expert session, and no charge is made at that time. The amount is held with your card issuer and no money is collected. The charge is taken when the session is delivered, and in that same transaction the expert's 90% is transferred to the expert's own account with our payment processor. Community Platform is the merchant of record. It does not retain the expert's share and does not decide when it is released. If the session is never delivered, the authorization is cancelled and you are not charged; a card authorization lasts up to seven days, after which the hold is released.
The expert's payout to their own bank is delayed across the 72-hour claim window, so an approved claim can be refunded and the transfer reversed during that period. Nothing is held in trust, nothing is held in a segregated account, and no smart contract is involved in any payment on this platform. Once the payout has reached the expert's bank, a remedy is an unsecured obligation of Community Platform. Your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer is unaffected by these terms, and exercising it is never treated as a violation of them.
Kindra memberships work differently and are not subject to any hold. The creator's share is paid at the time of each charge, including at every renewal. Your remedy for a membership is cancellation, described below.
Review Process: Disputes are reviewed individually by the Community Platform team. If a dispute is upheld, the payment is returned in full to the member. If denied, the payout to the expert or creator proceeds. Community Platform's dispute decision is final.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Community Platform does not accept payment for sessions or memberships in USDC, ETH, cbBTC or any other digital asset, so no refund is ever made in one.
Limitations: Dispute rights apply to consultations and subscriptions only. Token transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and not eligible for dispute or refund. Community Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome in dispute proceedings.
Full fee and refund details are available in our Fee Schedule at joincommunityplatform.com/legal/fee-schedule.
5.Fees & Payments
Community Platform charges a single, all-in 10% fee on payments made through the Platform for expert sessions and Kindra memberships. Experts and creators keep the remaining 90% of every payment. The same 10% applies to both. There is no separate rate by category. There are no listing fees, no fees to maintain a profile, no withdrawal fees, and no hidden charges. Card processing costs are covered by the 10% and are not billed separately. The fee is disclosed at checkout, and the price a member sees is the price a member pays. All applicable fees are disclosed in our Fee Schedule, which controls in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.
6.Bitcoin Rewards
The Bitcoin rewards program is optional and off by default. No rewards accrue for any account until that account enables Bitcoin rewards in Settings, and you may turn participation off at any time; doing so stops future accrual and does not forfeit amounts already accrued. Once enabled, rewards accrue on qualifying transactions you make or receive through the Platform. Currently 0.25% of the value of each qualifying transaction, and are paid in cbBTC on the Base network to the wallet address connected to your account, in batches, once your accrued balance reaches the published minimum. Creators may additionally accrue $0.001 from the Creator Fund for each qualifying like received on a post. The Creator Fund is a limited monthly pool the Platform designates from its own funds; it is a discretionary marketing budget, not a share of Platform revenue, it is not a committed or recurring amount, and it may be reduced or set to zero prospectively at any time. Apart from Creator Fund credits, which are measured by other users' likes on a creator's own posts, rewards accrue only in connection with transactions. Nothing accrues under this Program for holding any asset, including $COMMUNITY, and no reward under this Program is calculated by reference to any token balance.
That statement describes this Program only. Separately, and independently of this Program, the deployed $COMMUNITY token contract implements its own on-chain distribution that IS calculated by reference to token balance: a portion of the transfer fee on each trade is routed in cbBTC to wallets holding at least 25,000 $COMMUNITY, in proportion to their holdings. That distribution is executed automatically by the contract, is not administered, funded, calculated, or paid by Community Platform, is not part of this Program, and cannot be started, stopped, or adjusted by Community Platform. Participating in this Program does not entitle you to it, and holding $COMMUNITY does not entitle you to anything under this Program. Community Platform makes no representation about that mechanism or its continuation, and you should not acquire $COMMUNITY in expectation of it. See the Risk Disclosure.
You should also know who is paid out of the $COMMUNITY transfer fee. Community Platform's founder personally receives 1.6875% (168.75 basis points) of each buy and each sell. A further 0.5625% (56.25 basis points) per side goes to the independent developer that built the contract, which is not affiliated with Community Platform. Community Platform, the company, receives no part of the transfer fee and holds no $COMMUNITY. Read that last sentence as a fact and not as a reassurance: the person who founded, operates, and markets this Platform earns money from $COMMUNITY trading volume whether the price rises or falls, and the company receiving nothing does not reduce that interest. It locates it in one individual. This is disclosed because it is a conflict of interest, not because it is a feature.
Rewards are a discretionary loyalty benefit, not interest, yield, a dividend, a deposit, an investment return, or a debt owed by Community Platform. They are not guaranteed, rates and thresholds may change, and past reward distributions are not indicative of future rewards. Payouts require an ERC-20 compatible address on Base that you control, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy; on-chain transfers are irreversible once confirmed. The program is described in full in, and governed by, the Rewards Program policy.
7.Expert & Creator Conduct
Experts and creators on the Platform represent that the information and services they provide are accurate and within their area of expertise. Experts and creators are independent contractors and are not employees of Community Platform. Community Platform does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any content or service provided by experts or creators.

This includes health, medical, or mental-health information; financial account, card, or bank numbers; passwords or security credentials; government identifiers such as Social Security, passport, or driver's-license numbers; biometric data; and personal information about other people who have not consented. 10.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Community Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. In no event shall Community Platform's liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency and blockchain-based services involve significant risk. The value of $COMMUNITY tokens and Bitcoin rewards may fluctuate significantly. See our Risk Disclosure at joincommunityplatform.com/legal/risk-disclosure for a full description of risks associated with using the Platform.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.Changes to Terms
Community Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-Platform notification with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
