Claims are eligible only for the scenarios listed below, and must be filed within 48 hours of the session or video being delivered, or of the membership charge posting. See the Buyer Protection Policy for full details.

What happened?

Expert no-showThe expert did not join the scheduled session and gave no advance notice.

Significant latenessThe expert joined more than 10 minutes late without prior notice.

Non-deliveryA promised async deliverable (e.g. document review) was not delivered on time.

Material misrepresentationThe session or content was materially different from what was described.

Unresponsive to revisionsA creator failed to respond to a reasonable, in-scope revision request.

Fraud or credential misrepresentationThe expert or creator misrepresented their identity, credentials, or verification status.
