Fee Schedule

Last updated: July 19, 2026

View Rewards ProgramView Buyer Protection
In short: One fee. 10% on session and Kindra membership payments; experts and creators keep 90%. No listing, profile, or withdrawal fees. Bitcoin rewards are a separate, optional loyalty benefit. Off by default and not a fee.

1.One Platform Fee

Community Platform charges a single, all-in 10% fee on payments made through the Platform for expert sessions and Kindra memberships. Experts and creators keep the remaining 90% of every payment. There are no listing fees, no fees to maintain a profile, no withdrawal fees, and no hidden charges.

This is the Platform's only source of transaction revenue. The fee is disclosed at checkout, and the price a member sees is the price a member pays.

2.How the 10% Is Applied

When a member pays by card, the Platform settles the payment and remits 90% to the expert or creator, retaining 10%. Members see and pay the listed price in U.S. dollars; earners receive 90% of that price. The Platform's internal settlement mechanics do not change these figures for either party.

3.What the Fee Covers

The 10% funds card processing, identity and payout verification, scheduling and delivery infrastructure, the claims process under the Buyer Protection Policy, and ongoing platform operations and development.

4.Fee Summary

Expert session: 10% platform fee. Expert receives 90%.

Kindra membership: 10% platform fee. Creator receives 90%.

Free Kindra tiers: no charge, no fee.

Direct $COMMUNITY token purchases and on-chain transfers are not Platform payments and are not subject to this fee. Any costs associated with acquiring, holding, or transferring $COMMUNITY are a function of the token's own on-chain mechanics and are not charged by the Platform.

5.Bitcoin Rewards Are Not a Fee

Bitcoin (cbBTC) rewards are a discretionary loyalty benefit, entirely separate from the platform fee. They are neither a fee, a rebate of fees, nor a reduction of the 10%.

The program is optional and off by default: nothing accrues for an account until that account enables Bitcoin rewards in Settings, and participation can be turned off at any time. Once enabled, members and earners each accrue 0.25% of qualifying transaction value, paid to a connected wallet in weekly batches once the balance reaches the $1.00 minimum.

Creators may additionally accrue $0.001 from the Creator Fund for each qualifying like received on a post. The Creator Fund is a limited monthly pool the Platform designates from its own funds. A discretionary marketing budget, not a share of Platform revenue, which may be reduced or set to zero prospectively at any time. Apart from Creator Fund credits, which are measured by other users' likes on a creator's own posts, rewards accrue only in connection with transactions. Nothing accrues under this program for holding any asset, and no reward under this program is calculated by reference to any token balance. The $COMMUNITY token contract separately implements its own holder distribution, which is calculated by token balance, is executed on-chain without Community Platform's involvement, and is not part of this program or of the fees described here. See the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure. The program's rates, thresholds, eligibility, and disclaimers are described in full in the Rewards Program policy. Rewards are not guaranteed.

6.When You Are Charged, When Earners Are Paid

Sessions and personalized videos. Your card is authorized when you book, and nothing is charged until the service is delivered. At delivery the charge is taken and the split happens in the same transaction: Community Platform's 10% is retained as its fee and the earner's 90% is transferred to the earner's own account with our payment processor. Community Platform is the merchant of record. It does not retain the earner's share and does not decide when it is released. If the service is never delivered, the authorization is cancelled and you are not charged.

The earner's payout to their bank is delayed across the 72-hour claim window, so if you file a claim an approved refund can still reverse the transfer, under the Buyer Protection Policy. Funds are not held in trust or in a segregated account at any point.

Kindra memberships. Membership payments are not subject to any hold. The creator's 90% is paid at the time of each charge, including at every renewal. Your remedy is to cancel, at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access for the remainder of the period already paid for; the current period is not refunded pro rata.

Once a payout has been made, any remedy owed to you is an unsecured obligation of Community Platform. There is no reserve, bond, or insurance behind it. Your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer is separate from this policy and is unaffected by it.

7.Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Buyer Protection Policy and the Session Policies. Where a refund is due, the portion of the platform fee attributable to the refunded amount is returned as part of the refund, so a fully refunded transaction carries no residual fee. On-chain $COMMUNITY transactions are final and outside the scope of Platform refunds.

8.Changes to This Schedule

Fees may change prospectively. Changes do not affect transactions already completed; the fees in effect at the time of a transaction govern that transaction. Material changes are reflected here with an updated date.
